I found Peter's relaxed and confident style of instructing reassuring, enabling myself to feel comfortable in learning and making mistakes, without worrying or becoming nervous behind the wheel. Peter also pushed me to progress as at a pace that was suited to me, and gave clear and thorough guidance throughout. Every lesson I had was a pleasant experience and that was because he gauged the level at which I needed to go at a given time, keeping the learning experience as interesting and enjoyable as it could be kept. Since passing my test, I haven't as yet bought a car but I feel confident in my ability and knowledge of driving because I came away with the practical and theoretical knowledge you should come away with as a result of a good teacher, and not a lucky day on the day of my tests. My friend's daughter is turning 17 soon and wants to learn to drive but is quite nervous and her mum asked me if I would recommend my driving instructor - I had no reservations in doing so as I am sure you will have her driving around full of confidence just as you did for me.
